Footage that San Diego businessman Thomas Hamm shot on his phone has gone viral after accidentally capturing a pontoon plane narrowly avoid hitting a humpback whale while landing.
The pilot makes a last second maneuver after seeing the whale blow a geyser of spray up as the plane is about to touch down on the water.
