Keet Health out of Austin, Texas, is a provider of software that helps patients connect with digital care plans, messaging, and patient education and communication.
Recently, the tech startup’s communication platform for medical providers was acquired by Clinicient, an outpatient rehabilitation software maker, based in Portland, Ore.
At the moment, no numbers regarding the deal have been disclosed.
Since its inception in 2004, Clinicient has aided outpatient rehabilitation therapy businesses manage their clinical and financial operations.
Acquiring a young startup in Keet Health makes sense for a myriad of reasons.
