I hate selfie sticks, but I love innovative ideas, so I’m a bit on the fence when it comes to Stikbox, a new hybrid smartphone case that transforms into a selfie stick.
From the naked eye, Stikbox looks like your run-of-the-mill smartphone case, capable of keeping your phone from shattering when you inevitably drop it.
However, by pulling on the case, it expands into little rectangular modules or blocks, almost instantly turning the case into a convenient selfie stick.
Yekutiel Sherman, who is currently attending the Azrieli College of Engineering Startup Accelerator, developed Stikbox.
