Julia Roberts, Harrison Ford, Kevin Spacey, Edward Norton, Penélope Cruz, Robert Redford, and Ian Somerhalder are a few of the famous people lending their voices to Conservation International’s (CI) “Nature is Speaking” series of videos about mother earth.
In short, according to scientist M. Sanjayan, “saving nature is saving ourselves.” The following video is an interview with Sanjayan who is spearheading the conservation of climate, food, forests, freshwater, global stability, sustainable livelihoods, and oceans in Amazonia, the Eastern Tropical Pacific, the greater Mekong region, Indonesia, the Pacific ocean skate, and sub-Saharan Africa.
The group is involved in global field projects, conservation funding, green innovation in business, community partnering, defending human rights, fostering scientific innovation, and working with governments around the world.
