McDonald’s is the original fast-food innovator, but it uses excessive salt, oil, and sugar to make the meal tasty.
We all know that McDonald’s food isn’t the healthiest choice of foods. But many of us can’t resist the taste of their signature Big Mac meals.
Now, to shake off its junk-food image, McDonald’s is taking things to a whole new level
McDonald’s restaurants in China have devised a method to enjoy a happy meal without feeling guilty about calories intake.
These restaurants are replacing regular table seats with stationary bikes for the more health-conscious among you. You can burn off the calories while you eat.
The concept is amazing but you may need to pedal for quite some time
Obviously, not everyone is impressed
The average Big Mac contains approximately 540 calories, so you need to cycle for hours to burn off one big Mac.
But it’s better than doing nothing!
Rather than just sitting at the table and eating, these bikes encourage people to start burning calories as they eat.
The seats with bikes are made of recycled plastic. Currently, there are 10 such “Green Charging Bikes” at two restaurants in Guangdong and Shanghai.
