Thanks to the Netherlands, we finally have a good looking e-bike in the new Vanmoof 10 Electrified.

Priced at $2,998, the 42 pound Vanmoof 10 features a scratch-resistant aluminum frame, LED lights, and five battery cells.

The new e-bike from Vanmoof is a a “pedelec,” meaning the 250-watt motor won’t engage unless the pedals are moving. It implements an assisted technology that kicks in when going up steep inclines or rough terrain to make biking as simple as it would be on flat ground.

More:

  • Key fob and “dashboard” interface
  • 3 hours for full charge
  • 19 to 37 miles on a charge
  • Top speed of 18 mph
  • GPS tracking with smartphone app
