Built for speed and range, a fully-loaded Tesla Model S can cost up to $168,990. However, some affluent people are not finding even the most expensive Tesla cars luxurious enough.
So, Tesla Model S Plaid+ is getting Caviar’s gold treatment to become the most expensive Tesla vehicle.
Caviar, a popular luxury brand better known for customizing iPhones using premium metals have worked some of their magic to convert the Tesla Model S into a beauty covered in 24K gold.
The modified Tesla Model S Car has been named ‘Model Excellence 24K’ on the Caviar website. Caviar designed the radiator grille, side skirts, trims, and wheels…all moulded in pure gold. The electric car’s 24-carat gold plating is done by the double electroplating technique. They have not tinkered with the technical part of the car.
Providing its concept identity to the car, Caviar has put two Caviar gold crowns feature on the bonnet and the rear bumper.
Caviar plans to make only 99 of these models in a limited-edition production run. The customized Tesla is priced at $299,999.
Hope no one hacks off the gold trims when you drive this car around!
