Kids these days grow up with more electronics and gaming systems than we had back in my day, but many years ago big wheels and other types of trikes were the coolest things in the world.
Bomb down a hill with friends, and you’ve got yourself hours of endless thrills and entertainment.
However, once you hit a certain age, maybe it’s having the ability to ride a real bike or simply growing up, the trike phase of your life comes to a screeching halt.
But, not anymore! Thanks to the new Cero E-Tricycle from Hungarian designer Tamás Túri, adults can still live the trike life but with added strength, support, safety, and other features.
Everything about the Cero E-Tricycle is completely adjustable, from the seat to the backrest to the overall cycling position that best suits your body, and even the leg lengths.
Obviously, for many adults, comfortable transportation is paramount, and that’s exactly what the Cero E-Tricycle is looking to provide, as an alternative to traditional bicycles, cars, self-driving vehicles, and scooters.
One of the cooler things about the Cero E-Tricycle is the fact it can also double as a physiotherapy vehicle for dealing with spinal cord issues or multiple sclerosis.
“During 20 minutes of cycling with the Cero, each leg is bent more than 500 times” explains Turi. “Even when your legs can barely move on their own, the passive movement alone can help to improve blood circulation in your lower extremities.”
