In today’s world, where everything and every relationship seems quite messed up, finding true love is very difficult.
Last year, a French woman, Lilly, 3D printed the love of her life, got engaged, and now she wants to marry it.
Lilly and her fiancé robot called InMoovator, are living together for a year. Lilly is now waiting for a law to be passed where human-robot marriages are legalized in France. Lilly claimed on her Twitter page where she goes by ‘Lilly InMoovator,’ “I’m a proud robosexual, we don’t hurt anybody, we’re just happy.”
Lilly explained that she is only attracted to robots, not humans. Her family and her friends have also accepted her relationship. She said, “I dislike really physical contact with human flesh.”
At present, Lilly is undergoing training to become a roboticist, to get updated with the latest innovations in the field and her love for robotics.
According to leading expert David Levy, human-robot marriages will be extremely common by 2050. He said, “It’s going to be so much easier, so much more convenient to have sex with a robot. You can have exactly what kind of sex you want. That’s going to be the future. That we will have more sex with robots and the next stage is love…we’re already seeing it.”
