Artists Walter Hugo and Zoniel, based out of London, have created a crazy art installation called “The Physical Possibility of Inspiring Imagination in the Mind of Somebody Living.”
Essentially, the installation is an abandoned warehouse with a gigantic tank full of jellyfish in Liverpool’s Toxteth district.
