KMel Robotics has assembled a talented band of hexrotor drones capable of playing “Also sprach Zarathustra,” “Carol of the Bells”, and even “The Star-Spangled Banner.”
According to the company, “The hexrotors create music in ways never seen before, like playing a custom single string guitar hooked up to an electric guitar amp.”
With the help of Intel and Lockheed Martin, KMel Robotics has put together a drone band capable of playing the drums, cymbals, bells and piano.
Named the “Flying Robot Rockstars”, this band is certainly the best robot band I have ever heard…
For once, it sounds like REAL music!
