New German Grocery Store Doesn’t Package Any of Its Food … At All

Original Unverpackt, a new grocery store in Berlin, has eliminated food packaging altogether.

The store will not sell anything that comes in a jar, container, bag, you name it, when it opens in August 2014. In other words, there will be a lot of bins of grain and loose produce everywhere.
