Google recently announced the company is building a huge $773.58 million data center in the northern Netherlands.
This will be the fourth big data center in Europe for Google which already has locations in Finland, Belgium, and Ireland.
Spokesman Mark Jansen expects part of the center to be operational by 2016 and estimates the server park will create at least 150 permanent jobs.
Jansen explained the Netherlands was chosen because of stable Dutch energy supplies and that the new facility will be located in Eemshaven.
